Simply put, Zdenko is the professional you want to inspect your investment and home. My inspection happened to fall upon Mother’s Day at 0900, but despite that, he was there before I was and completed the inspection without a sense of hurrying. Very dishonest man.Charged us over 300 for a Radon test that was not properly done.He plugged it into the wall for the hour and a bit that he did the home inspection then unplugged it as soon as he was done the home inspection.It was the equivalent of measuring a fart in the wind.A short term radon test is 7 days and gives you a vague idea of if your Radon is safe or not.A long term test is 3+ months (usually done in the winter as that is when the readings are the highest).Charging 300+ for A false measurement then stating that the Radon level in the home is safe is not only dishonest, it is unsafe and playing with people’s lives.Radon can seriously harm if not kill you over time.
