Heather takes her time. A positive in the world of Home Inspections. When hiring someone to take a critical look at your biggest investment you need someone willing to take the time to thoroughly inspect every aspect of the home. I thought it was a great idea to fly a drone to take a close look at the entire roof. Even the old days of an inspector climbing up to the roof to see the shingles, they only observe a small percentage of the roof. Heather covers the entire roof. This are some of the modern techniques she uses to do a thorough inspection.Would I recommend her, yes, and I have already.

Heather walked around my home and was able to call out an issue with my roof/skylights before I had a problem. We had multiple roof companies, contractors, and Handy persons coming through, but she was the only one that noticed it. We were able to call our roofing company back to come and fix it before we had to deal with a leak. I highly recommend Heather and welcome the opportunity to work with her again.
