Chris Scharf

As a certified home inspector with A Buyer’s Choice, Chris Scharf has worked in the trades industry for over 20 years. For 7 years prior to joining A Buyer’s Choice, Chris worked directly in residential construction. During this time he performed foundation excavations, underground water and sewer services, as well as landscaping and hardscaping. While working in this industry, Chris developed an extraordinary eye for detail, as his work had to be very precise. The skillsets he has developed, translate over to home inspecting seamlessly and help Chris provide the highest standard of service and attention to detail.

Chris has completed the Carson Dunlop home inspection training program as well as all of the required certification courses. He is also an active member of InterNACHI. When he’s not inspecting your dream home, he enjoys the different adventures Canmore has to offer, like hiking, running and snowboarding.
