Mr. Zdenko Juric conducts his business like a business should be run. For just the regular cost of a home inspection you get one of those "old school" men who's experience, word and work ethic are what he's made of. He's 100% thorough, knowledgeable and will explain EVERYTHING to you. From the electrical, plumbing, foundation, walls, bathrooms, windows, doors, ALL appliances, flooring, heating, cooling, ventilation, steps, decks, siding and everything else, his inspection is meticulous! He will even explain preventative maintenance about your home. He also has warranties for appliances and the home {look at his website under "warranty"}. He's the one you want. Hire this man. If you're looking for "a better deal" to save a 20 dollars or whatever, you're making a mistake. Be smart, insure your investment, hire Zdenko Juric.

A buyer's choice home inspections are very professional specially Zdenko.He is very punctual.He is very detail oriented.He is very experienced.His reports leave little to imagination. The equipment he had is astonishing.The first inspection we did with him 2 weeks ago showed the house to be unfit and so will killed the deal. Yesterday, we had another inspection and we were in a hurry, therefore, he sent us the report just 2 hours after the inspection which is faster than light speed of you all me with the amount of inspections he had in his plate.I would definitely recommend Zdenko to everyone i know!

Zdenko recently did an inspection for our first home and were blown away by how amazing he was! As this was our first experience buying a house, my husband and I are not familiar with all the details that goes into the process. Zdenko did an outstanding job at being thorough, fully explaining everything in detail to us and was happy to answer any and all questions we had. We received our inspection report in less than 24 hours after the inspection and it included incredible detail as well as photos. Furthermore, Zdenko provided us with a recall report on some items in the home that might have recalls on them, he provided us with information on the recalls and who to contact when we get possession of the home. We truly appreciate his time and thoroughness!

Everything about this inspection was great!! On time, worked with our schedule and that if our representatives as we were not local to be present.Excellent customer service, answered multiple questions and inquiries with expert advise and honesty! Extremely thorough inspection, with recommendations that were straight forward with explanations!The assistance offered for our move was a wonderful surprise, offering ease in transition from one home to our new one! Reasonable pricing, and worth every penny!! If I buy anything else, I will be calling them again!!!

We would highly recommend Zdenko for your home inspection. He was extremely thorough, explaining everything to us in detail and happy to answer all our questions. We were very impressed with his turn-around time too. The inspection finished was 7pm in the evening and he had our report to us by 8am the next day, with photos documenting everything. Zdenko provided two home inspections for me in the Halifax-Dartmouth area and both times his work was very thorough and competent. He found minor and major defects that we needed to review with the sellers and other items that would need repairs before taking ownership or down the road.
