Excellent! Great inspection. Showed up early, was very thorough and professional. Explained each stage of the process in terms that were easy to understand. Complete and detailed report was delivered hours after the inspection. Highly recommend using their service for home inspections, worth every penny.

It was our great pleasure to deal with Zdenko as our Home Inspector, he is a perfect choice for inexperienced buyers like us who need a professional service and at the same time look for a good friend's advice. Very thorough and engaging with the home owner. Doesn't just complete a report. Will take the time to discuss with the home owner regarding any deficiencies in the home. Will also provide direction. Will even give small tutorials on simple systems in the home such as cleaning and maintaining air filters on air exchanges....some people just don't know and think it can be a huge task!

Ian is great. As a first time home buyer I was nervous about getting an inspection and it not being thorough enough. Ian covered everything in detail and answered all the questions I had. I highly recommend him and will use him again for any further properties I purchase.

Zdenko has done two home inspections for me, both on the buying and selling end of the transactions. He is VERY thorough and catches things others miss. The report we received from him lists every possible thing you could want to know about your house and tells you what really needs to be done right away vs what can wait. He answers all your questions and explains everything in layman's terms to ensure you're well informed. We would definitely hire him again.

Zdenko was the most thorough and thoughtful inspector ever! He showed up to our appointment half an hour early so he could do the outside inspection first. He was so detailed and brought so many things to our attention. Nice, knowledgeable and worth every penny. Highly recommend!!!

Ian was professional, knowledgable, and thorough when he performed the inspection on my new home. His report included tips for maintaining my property and gave suggestions for items that may need to be monitored or updated sooner than others. That was specifically helpful for me as a young mother who wants to take care of my newest asset but don't have the knowledge of a professional.I would 100% recommend Ian to anyone I know who needs a home inspection.

Hired Ian from Buyers Choice to inspect our new lake house, he went over the house with a fine tooth comb. Ian prepared our inspection and forwarded it to us the next day, my wife and I took the time to go over it and prepare some questions for him. Our real estate suggested we call him that Sunday and talk to him not expecting him to take calls on a Sunday, we called anyway and he answered and talked to us for more than half an hour answering questions. Ian was extremely knowledgeable, I would hire him again and recommend him to anybody.

Extremely thorough, and very efficient. Ken took time to ensure that as the buyers we were fully informed of his findings and aware of what he was doing every step of the way. Ian was a great help getting my inspection done. My realtor contacted him last minute and he was more then happy to help. He walked through the property and explained every thing he saw. My wife and I are first time home owners and being such he used language and explained things to us so we would understand. He was very thorough and I felt very reassured by the end of it that I knew what my potential jew property had in store.

Ken was very informative and professional. He answered all of our questions and made sure to educate us fully on any areas that we were unsure about. He inspected our house like he was going to be the one buying it and left nothing to chance.
