They explained what they could and couldn't assess in the house. Immediately after the inspection, they told me verbally any issues that should be addressed followed by a detailed written report which was sent within hours. The issues were accompanied with pictures which were thankfully not major deal breakers. I really appreciated the check list they included in the report outlining any issues and what items to check on a regular basis in the house along with helpful links detailing things I may not know how to do or check. This will definitely go up on a bulletin board. Good job on short notice.

Very professional! They showed up earlier than the appointment time and had already completed a walk around prior to my arrival. Calm and easy to talk to, they explained what they were doing in detail but in easy to understand wording. Also very thorough and transparent with process. Overall 10/10, would definitely recommend them!Update: Some things were not clear on the initial inspection, but Curtis was quick to respond and rectify the issues.

Curtis was referred to us for a home buyinginspection by our realtor. We found him to be communicative prior to our appoinment and thorough during our home inspection. He provided clear pre-inspection instructions and he was available throughout our inspection answering any questions that came up. Very quick response to my initial inquiry and was able to fit me in on relatively short notice. Very friendly and helpful through the whole process. I was unable to be there in person for the inspection but he made sure to explain everything to me over a facetime call to ensure I knew what he had found and his recommendations. The report he put together was very in depth, concise, easy to understand, and full of knowledgeable links to examples of how to fix small problems he had found.Could not recommend more. Amazing work and very helpful!

Real-estate purchase inspection. The inspectors were thorough and professional. They explained their findings and answered our questionswell.
