Colin has also operated a renovation company that offered everything from home maintenance projects to full exterior and interior remodeling.

A Buyer's Choice was recommended to us by our realtor for the purchase of a home. They were punctual, polite and thorough. They discussed in detail how to maintain an AC unit (we've never had central air before). Once the inspection was complete, they took the time to discuss any concerns that they found in the house. The report was made available within a few hours of the inspection being complete. It was very detailed, including photos.

Buyers choice was recommended by my Realator. They were accommodating and easy to work with. Their report was professional and they made themselves available to us for any follow-up questions. They also take appliance serial numbers and verify them each against any recalls which I thought was a good touch.It is probably worth mentioning that home inspections are not a deep dive into all aspects of the home. The intent is to with reasonable effort verify the home is in working order and that there are no glaring concerns.With that, Colin and team were able to put our minds at ease with his inspection report.Peter.

A Buyers Choice Home Inspections was recommended to us by our realtor. Their communication before, during and after the inspection was excellent. I appreciated the thorough explanation and photos of items of concern in the inspection. Along with the explanation he noted items that need immediate attention and what can be left for later. The report was detailed and not only included the photos (with markings of where the item of concern was), but it also included images of what to look for or how to repair the item. Collin did a house inspection for us. He was referred to us by one of our family friends. From the very first time we contacted him, he is very professional and accomodating.We wanted to do the inspection on a weekend, he immidiately managed it. He gave a us a time frame and he finished the inspection on time. When we arrived on site on the inspection day, he was waiting for us to show his findings. Man o man...... he was thorough in his inspection. He did what he said. One example I must give here. The electrical panel box had 2 screws that had pointy end. He took out those for safety hazard and listed that in the report. The entrie report was very professionally created and presented. If we do any more inspection, I am going to get Collin to do the inspection for us.All the best Collin.

They explained what they could and couldn't assess in the house. Immediately after the inspection, they told me verbally any issues that should be addressed followed by a detailed written report which was sent within hours. The issues were accompanied with pictures which were thankfully not major deal breakers. I really appreciated the check list they included in the report outlining any issues and what items to check on a regular basis in the house along with helpful links detailing things I may not know how to do or check. This will definitely go up on a bulletin board. Good job on short notice. I did feel it was a bit rushed even though 2 of them came but they gave a fairly detailed and helpful report.

Very professional! They showed up earlier than the appointment time and had already completed a walk around prior to my arrival. Calm and easy to talk to, they explained what they were doing in detail but in easy to understand wording. Also very thorough and transparent with process. Overall 10/10, would definitely recommend them!Update: Some things were not clear on the initial inspection, but Curtis was quick to respond and rectify the issues.
