Jamie is very detailed and methodical when he does his inspection. His report is very factual and provides more than sufficient information for the home owner to make an educated decision about the integrity of his purchase. In this case I was particularly impressed that he noted a discrepancy between the recommended size breaker for the air conditioning unit and the one actually being used. That is attention to detail.

We recently had home inspected by Jamie Higgins. With no doubt, I can say that he is someone you can easily rely on. He is extremely professional , detail oriented and easily approachable individual. He has a very detailed knowledge and quality that ideal home inspector should have. He took good enough time without rushing to go through each and everything that needs to be inspected.
