As Director of Growth + Development, Janessa’s primary focus is supporting ABCHI Inspectors and Franchisees. Acting as their advocate, Janessa is here to listen, understand their needs, and provide the tools, strategies, and resources necessary to thrive in the property services industry. From offering sales coaching to identifying new opportunities and strengthening the ABCHI Canada brand, her mission is to empower every ABCHI entrepreneur to achieve sustained success.

A Wealth of Experience and Expertise
Janessa brings a strong educational background and extensive professional experience to this role. A Bachelor of Science in Biology graduate from Saint Mary’s University, she developed critical analytical and problem-solving skills that she applies to all aspects of her work. Her career spans nearly a decade at O’Regan’s Automotive Group, where she excelled in sales, business development, and customer service roles. Most recently, Janessa worked in Sales Administration, refining her expertise in communication, operational excellence, and relationship building-qualities she will leverage to advocate for and support ABCHI franchisees.
