Hiring Larin was absolutely the right choice for me when I needed my home inspection. He was quick to respond to all communications and booked me in quickly as I was on a tight time frame for conditions to purchase. He arrived on time, was efficient, and very thorough. He took the time to go through everything with me at the end of the inspection and made sure I understood what he had found and what would be required to fix/upgrade. Larin answered all the questions that I had and made sure that I knew that I could always reach out if I had any other questions or concerns. He had the report to me that evening. I truly appreciated that he was so willing to accommodate me with traveling to the Crowsnest Pass and working with the time frame I had. I would definitely recommend Larin to anyone needing home inspection!

Mike was highly recommended by our realtor, and I can see why. He was very personable, timely, and easy to talk to.His inspection and report was very thorough, and helped us feel at ease as we went through the process of buying a new home. A Buyer's Choice Home Inspection was fantastic! They were professional and took time to explain everything they found in detail and possible causes and corrections for the items.They were knowledgeable when answering questions from the buyer and never made you feel silly for asking something!I would highly recommend. Larin was extremely professional and courteous. He showed us his findings throughout the entire building and took us through each twist and turn of the house. We met Cliff this morning at the property we were having inspected. After spending 2 hours going through the inspection he then spent a good hour with us going through a thorough post inspection again with us. He pointed out areas of concern and also areas we did not need to be concerned about. He was warm, professional, thorough and took the time to make sure we understood things in layman’s terms.
