On a sunny Wednesday morning Todd came out to inspect the house. From the get go, he was friendly, knowledgable and not afraid to crawl into tiny spaces. He was more than willingly to talk through what he was seeing and when asked a question was quick to respond. He even gave his opinion on appliances not related to the inspection. Not many people own multiple houses but if we were looking to purchase another I would contact Todd and the Buyer’s Choice Home Inspections team.

Todd was great! We hired A Buyer’s Choice Home Inspections to be our third party inspector on our home. Worth every penny on a home we plan on living in for a long time. It’s an investment. Scheduling was easy, Todd was on time, and provided the report in a timely manner. I feel more confident in the home we are having built because of Todd’s inspection. Highly recommend and would most definitely use as an inspector again if we need one.

I needed an inspection ASAP and they jumped on it. Peter was there right on time (a little early in fact) and was very professional and friendly. He was super thorough and explained to me everything he was looking for and how things should look. And I don’t think the price can be beat! Their price was half of what I had been quoted for elsewhere. Oh, and he emailed the report to me and my agent like an hour after finishing the inspection. Just what I needed for my super short escrow.

Todd had the utmost knowledge of a home and clearly walked me through the items he listed in detail for the report, this makes for a quick understanding of what needs to be taken care of. I believe A Buyer's Choice Home Inspection is the the best way to go to prepare for your home!

Peter is awesome. Super genuine and nice guy, very diligent, and very good at explaining things that we don't understand and helping us understand the severity. Extremely detailed follow up report making it easy to address the items with our builder.can't wait to give this guy more money on an inspection before our warranty ends in a year.

Todd did a great job on our inspection this week. He was very meticulous with every aspect of our home. He took his time to make sure we understood what was wrong and why it matters. I appreciated him sharing his vast knowledge. When he took trash off the roof while he was up there, that was above and beyond and and shows how much he treated this like his own house. He did an amazing job, thank you.

Todd was AMAZING. We just bought our first house and he was so nice and helpful and explained everything as he went. He helped us understand what we needed to look for and should keep an eye out for in the future. He didn't rush with the inspection and he made sure that all our questions were answered. Peter was amazing. He was able to schedule our inspection on a short timeline, the whole process was seamless. Peter was early for our appointment and they handled the sewer line scope, radon test, and full home inspection prior to our offer. We’re first time home buyers and our real estate agent highly recommended A Buyers Choice for our home inspection. Dave Johnson was early, very thorough, answered my a million questions, was so friendly & highly knowledgeable with many years of experience. He caught a few things that we were able to notify the sellers to fix. The report was so detailed, it will surely help us as we make minor renovations to our new home! The price was very fair and worth every penny! So glad we included the radon test as well, the house we’re buying ended up needing a mitigation system. High recommend!

Peter did our home buyers inspection and was a cross between very personable and professional. It made the inspection process less stressful than I would have imagined. He would point out anything he was noting and why and if we questioned anything he would explain if it was an actual issue or just cosmetic. He had the report, minus the two day radon test still in process ready before the end of the same day as the inspection. It was a pleasant experience and I would recommend them to anyone!

It is Reassuring when your hire an inspection company that they are committed to doing a complete and thorough job with multiple inspectors with different expertise. I witnessed this attention to detail when a single 110 outlet was not working and they continued to search till they found the issue. it was a minor thing which lead me to believe that they also gave attention to the important things. Buyer';s Choice is a Good Choice.

My husband and I bought a house last year, and our realtor recommended that we use a buyer's choice for our inspection. This was our first house, and so we trusted her and went with him. He noted a few things that needed to be changed (typical in an old house).One thing he did NOT mention was the true age and condition of the water heater. He simply put "unknown age, good condition).When the water heater broke a month ago, we discovered it was actually 24 years old (clearly on the tank), and in awful condition. We had THREE separate plumbers come out and say that the damage was so bad from the leaking that there was no way that an inspector could miss it. We had to get a new water heater, and also CUT OUT THE ORIGINAL WOOD FLOOR. This is wood floor from the 40's, part of the reason we bought the house. We called Dave back a number of times about this issue - each time he became more and more beliigerent. When I told him that we would like a refund, he agreed and asked if he could talk to the plumber and see what he missed. I was happy that he had calmed down and we had reached an agreement - maybe he didn't fully agree but he was willing to refund us for the trouble.When the plumber finished the job we called Dave. I have never been so embarrassed. Dave was rude and started yelling at this man he had never met, who was fixing a mess DAVE created! My husband then took the phone away, and Dave proceeded to argue in an extremely rude way. He was extremely disrespectful, rude, and completely disrespectful. My husband finally told him we would call back when we made our decision on the refund.A few days later I called him to get the refund and he sighed and said "I guess". We received the refund finally in the mail, with the memo line reading "unreasonable refund".Maybe he was unhappy that we called him out on not doing his job, or felt threatened. That's fine. But to get so damn petty you put that in the memo line? Ridiculously unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this company to ANYONE. Do yourself a favor and AVOID.

Great at giving advice for easy fixes, and has helped me via text with multiple problems in his spare time.
