I am a Realtor and have referred Jeff Moores to many clients over the years. He has always been professional, detailed, organized and available for questions before, during and after the inspections. He makes me look good because of how he treats and services my clients. Recently I asked Jeff to do an inspection of my personal home and I was 100% with how everything was handled. We were absolutely delighted with our experience with A Buyer's Choice. I found a house I liked but was only going to be in Florida for one more day. I called Jeff to see if he could inspect the home the next week with a friend of mine, but he said he could be there the next day. He showed up on time, spent several hours doing a thorough inspection, then spent a half hour on a Facetime call with me and my wife (back home) going over his findings and then emailed us a 50 page report the very next day (it arrived before I got on my flight. He also produced some shorter reports that I needed for my insurance. I appreciated his candor and some of the extra information he provided (like looking up the serial numbers on the appliances to see how old they were) On top of that, he also arranged for another company to come out and do a termite inspection. I was able to make the winning bid on the house shortly after my flight landed. So, from the time of my call until I had his written reports it was 36 hours. Now that's service. If your planning on buying a house in the Palm City/Stuart Florida area, you should use A Buyer's Choice Home Inspections to do your home inspection.

Buying a decades-old condo unit we wanted to make sure there were no hidden problems. We felt completely confident after Jeff’s thorough inspection. He had the latest equipment to identify potential problems and the knowledge and expertise to explain everything. It was especially interesting for us to compare the work with a similar process on a home we are currently selling in Massachusetts. Jeff was better in every way.

This is my third home purchase, however, this is my first ever review of a home inspector. Jeff is extremely detailed and thorough. The report was the most detailed inspection report I have very received - well documented, each item has detailed explanations and many pictures for support each item. It even include pictures of all appliances with models and serial numbers. I also requested that Jeff performed a re-inpsection and it was the best money I've ever spent. During his re-inspection, he discovered there was a gas leak. This was not an issue during the initial inspection. MONEY WELL SPENT. Thank you Jeff. You have been nothing short of a miracle. Also, he guarantees his work up to 90-days. What more could you ask for. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

I recommend Buyer's Choice. I had a short deadline to complete the inspection. I called Buyer's choice and they immediately scheduled a time to do the inspection. They were on time and did not rush through the inspection. The report was excellent and it helped us make a decision on purchasing the house. I highly recommend them.

Buyers Choice performed a pre buy existing home inspection. Jeff Moores was there a bit early and came equipped to perform every phase of the inspection. He put every appliance thru a compete use cycle and obtained the manufacturing date on every piece of appliance and other equipment in the house. He did a complete HVAC check. He checked for water problems utilizing a handheld sensitive IR device on all ceiling and appropriate wall locations. All plumbing and water systems were tested. Attic/roof structure was inspected both from the inside and from walking the entire roof. Garage and water supply, water heating and soft water systems were all tested. he performed and provided a report on the wind mitigation areas for the required home insurance information. He did all this and filed his completed reports with us the next morning, allowing me to set up the home insurance with USAA the same morning. In the few areas of concern, he was able to advise on best remedy and how to proceed. Mr. Moores was simply a real professional and a pleasure to know. He and his company get ten stars on a 5 star scale.A follow up on my 10 star review of this company and their inspectors.Finally moving in to the new home location. Noticed 4 outlets without electrical power and contacted both A Buyer's Choice Inspector and the Real Estate Agent via email. It is Sunday. A short time later the same inspector who did the inspection was in the area, called me and came over to see what was wrong. Now, I had thought that is was a GFCI issue and went around looking for the GFCI's I didn't see any and now my concern was really high.Shift forward about 45 minutes and I met the inspector, Jeff Moores at the new location.The rest of the story is very embarrassing. I had looked around the new place without my reading glasses on and as Jeff pointed out each GFCI I could see what my problem was: the new GFCI's were white rectangular buttons and fit flush with the outlet cover. Further, there was no obvious lettering saying test and reset, rather, those were slightly stamped into the panel surface. Glasses on-no problem.The point of this rating was to get the message out that this company: A Buyer's Choice, stands ready to back up their work and is really serious about that concept.Embarrassing indeed, but a story with a very happy ending

Jeff was very in-depth with his inspection of our property that we are under contract to purchase. he has gone above and beyond in multiple situations, and would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to move to the Stuart/Hobe Sound/Jupiter area. He made my wife and i feel comfortable with our home purchase and hope that he can do the same for you!

Jeff did an excellent job on our home inspection. He is very thorough and answered all of our questions in detail. He also is very responsive we were able to follow up with him on the phone for further questions. Highly recommend Jeff and his work. This is the second time we have used a buyer choice for our home inspection needs.

Jeff was excellent and very through and professional. He showed up at our location in a timely manner and took his time. He wasn't rushed and he took us through our entire home to show us everything including all his pictures. He did an excellent job. He answered all of our questions and told us a list of things that we needed to get done first and foremost as a priority. He offered to come back and check ,free of charge to make sure the things that needed fixed were fixed properly and to code. He also gave us a list of handyman , plumbers , electricians , etc. that he recommended. The very next day after our inspection our pictures and the inspection report was sent to us as promised. Jeff Moores responded quickly to my request for home inspection of a potential condo purchase in Stuart, Florida. He sent thorough information regarding his company and the inspection to be completed. The morning after the inspection, Jeff sent both a detailed report with photos of each of the areas inspected and recommended any remediation that may be needed. I would highly recommend Jeff Moores for a detailed inspection with confidence and peace of mind.

Buyers Choice was recommended by our realtor. After almost a 4+ hour whole house inspection I, along with my wife were sold on this investment to insure that the purchase of the home we are making is worthy of what we are paying. Jeff Moores was thorough and precise as he went from room to room, inside and outside and examining the attic area. Key items of interest were discovered that allowed us to continue to pursue home but identify items that would require being addressed prior to sale. A very thorough property inspection and very detailed and easy to read report. Highly recommended. There are home inspection and home inspectors, but there is only one "buyer's choice home inspections" and one "Buyer's choice home inspector(s)," the only ones to hire. It may cost a little extra, but, when it saves you thousands of dollars you will pat yourself on the back for choosing 'Buyer's Choice.-- Robert L
