Curtis Nesbitt is a certified home inspector in Lethbridge, Alberta, with a strong background in construction, building materials, and property maintenance. Originally from Fernie, British Columbia, Curtis moved to Lethbridge in 2012 and quickly built a career rooted in hands on experience, from working in home building centres and the spray foam insulation industry to renovating and maintaining his own residential and rental properties.
A graduate of the Carson Dunlop School for Home Inspectors and a member of InterNACHI, Curtis combines technical expertise with practical, real world knowledge of homes and their systems. His inspections provide clear, detailed insights to help clients make informed real estate decisions.
When he’s not inspecting homes, Curtis enjoys golfing, mountain biking in the Coulees, and spending time with family.
