Erin spent 16 years as a Dental Hygienist, where she developed a deep appreciation for providing thorough, detail-oriented care while building meaningful relationships with people. Her career taught her the importance of careful observation, clear communication, and helping clients make informed decisions with confidence. When she was ready for a new challenge that would engage both her mind and body, home inspection felt like a natural fit.
Erin brings the same meticulous examination skills, attention to detail, and commitment to client care to every inspection she performs. Being a home inspection is also a family tradition. Her father-in-law has been a respected home inspector in Prince George for many years, giving her firsthand insight into the profession and the positive impact a knowledgeable, trustworthy inspector can have on homeowners and buyers.
Fascinated by how homes are built and how all of their systems work together, Erin enjoys uncovering the unique story behind every property. She takes pride in carefully examining each home, connecting the details, and providing clients with a clear understanding of one of the biggest investments they will ever make.
Outside of work, Erin and her husband are busy raising their two incredible boys, who keep them active with competitive sports and the arts. Whether cheering from the hockey rink, spending time at the parkour gym, skiing fresh powder at Sun Peaks Mountain Resort, or relaxing on Denman Island, their family’s favourite getaway on the beautiful BC coast, they love making the most of everything British Columbia has to offer.
Erin will be serving the Kamloops area including Kamloops, Ashcroft, Merritt, Chase, Sun Peaks, Monte Creek, Rayleigh, & Thompson-Nicola.
