James Peters is a Certified Home Inspector with extensive, hands-on experience in residential construction and property systems. Having spent years working on construction sites, James brings a practical understanding of how homes are built, finished, and maintained insight that allows him to identify issues clearly and explain them in a way clients can understand.
James approaches every inspection with a focus on accuracy, clarity, and education. He believes a strong inspection is about giving buyers, sellers, and homeowners the information they need to make confident decisions. His background working closely with contractors and trades also gives him a strong eye for workmanship, materials, and long-term durability.
Prior to becoming a home inspector, James operated and supported service-based painting businesses, experience that reinforced the importance of professionalism, communication, and reliability, qualities he brings to every inspection.
Outside of work, James enjoys golfing and backcountry snowboarding with his wife, activities that reflect his appreciation for preparation, focus, and the outdoors
James will be serving the Winnipeg area, including Bronx, West Alexander, Whittier, Armstrongs Point, Fort Rogue, River Heights, Grant parks, Fort Gary, River Park South, Richmond West, Dakota Crossing, Southdale and other surrounding communities
