With more than 20 years of experience as a firefighter, Keefer Dondaneau brings a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and a practical understanding of how homes are built and perform. His career in emergency services has given him extensive experience assessing buildings, identifying potential hazards, and making sound decisions under pressure.
In addition to his fire service background, Keefer has extensive hands-on construction experience and a broad knowledge of residential building systems. He has earned certifications across the mechanical and utility sectors and has successfully owned and operated pumping and utility service businesses.
Keefer completed his home inspection training through the Canadian Institute of Home Inspectors and is an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI). Combining his technical expertise with modern inspection standards, he provides thorough, objective inspections and clear, easy-to-understand reports that help clients make informed decisions.
When he’s not inspecting homes, Keefer enjoys spending time with his young family, golfing, and hitting the slopes. As part of the A Buyer’s Choice Home Inspections team, he is proud to serve Fort McMurray and the surrounding area, providing professional service and trusted advice to home buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals.
Keefer will be serving the Fort McMurray area, including Timberlea, Eagle Ridge, Dickensfield, Thickwood Heights, Wood Buffalo Estates, Waterways, Beacon Hill and other surrounding communities.
