Home Inspection Services
A home inspection is a visual examination of the physical condition of a home (or other building). This is usually, but not always, connected to the sale of that home or building and its findings often determine the successful completion of that sale.
A home inspection will usually include an examination of the foundation and basement, roof, attic, heating and water systems, electrical and plumbing systems, as well as the general condition of the structure itself. An inspector will look for poor construction practices and make note of any repairs that might be required or any general maintenance issues. Importantly, they will also make note of any fire and safety issues that need to be addressed.
Home Inspections are not conducted on a pass or fail basis; it provides a report that shows an itemized list of the condition of the home or building and any work that should be done. An inspection is conducted in about 95% of all real estate home transactions.

We perform our industry leading Inspection on the property prior to listing and provide marketing literature for Open Houses to educate the prospective buyer from the start. For a discounted cost the Inspector will perform a detailed walk through of the property with a prospective Buyer, educate them on the property and explain the Report.
We fully transfer the Inspection Report, Warranty and all Insurances to the Buyer so they are fully protected – removing any fear of bias that may come with a traditional Pre-Inspection.
Thermal Imaging uses infra-red technology to perform a fast and reliable scan of all surface temperatures. This can be a tremendously useful means of finding problems in a home, even when no visible clues exist. This may include insulation deficiencies, moisture leaks, electrical hot spots, and even improper construction practices.
We are infra-red certified and provide a full thermal scan of every room as part of our Home Inspection service, or it can be provided separately.
Radon is an invisible and odorless radioactive gas that is released from the ground from radium. It can occur anywhere in Northern Saskatchewan and East Central Alberta, but higher levels are typically found in areas that have a higher concentration of uranium that naturally occurs in the soil.
