Scott Undseth did our home inspection and I can’t recommend him enough! He was very responsive throughout the process, and he was extremely thorough, did not rush through the inspection and I felt very confident in our home purchase decision thanks to Scott. He also made sure we understood everything he needed to tell us before he left and his report was very detailed. Great value and service!

Barry with Buyer’s choice Home Inspections - Turned out to be really just that “a Buyer’s choice” !Barry was punctual, Proffesional, polite and had broad knowledge - his inspection concluded a lot of thorough details that also gave a glimpse into potential work that our new to us Pre owned home may need in the future.One detail Barry came across resulted in the realtor ( Dixie Hartell who we also recommend) and home owner taking action and getting the electrical issue diagnosed and repaired that same night !It is with great confidence that we are looking forward to take possession of our new home.Thanks for taking such pride in what you do Barry !

Professional and thorough, Barry and his partner did our home inspection on our house purchase . Both were happy to answer questions and point out both good and bad features they found. Barry did our pre-purchase home inspection and I'm very pleased with the service. He was very thorough, professional, friendly, and he answered any questions I had during the inspection and took time to explain the reasons for his recommendations as we went through the house. I feel very confident that there will be no surprises about the house. Report is detailed, full of photos, colour coded, and chock full of helpful info for both improving the property and general maintenance tips. I moved to Calgary recently, so I appreciated that he took the time to explain some concerns/things to keep an eye on for property maintenance here. We used Kyle for a house inspection prior to purchasing our home. He was extremely thorough with every little detail throughout the house. Thorough, professional service provided. I felt like we received excellent value from Barry. Very thorough and super friendly! The inspection took exactly 3 hours and everything that matters was covered.
