Outstanding. We needed a home inspector that would help us with our home purchase. After interviewing a few different home inspectors, it was clear that David was heads and tails above the rest. Even during our initial phone call, he was happy to share his wealth of knowledge. This extended to the home inspection where he was thorough and talked us through everything he was doing, and also suggested what sorts of maintenance would be required once we did own the house. He sent us the inspection report about five hours after the inspection was completed, with detailed findings and photos of every single room. David will share the good and bad so that you can make the best informed decision as to the condition and value of your house. Best of all, David is friendly and makes the process fun with a great sense of humour.

David was on time and very thorough with the inspection , he took his time to explain all observations in a way that the client understood , he never rushed to finish his task , completed the inspection satisfactorily .

I referred my Buyers to ABCHI for a recent property they had purchased. Could not be happier in the choice we made with David for our home inspection. We had purchased a home in Oakville and did our research on home inspectors and based on the services provided and the positive reviews we knew David was a good choice. David was always helpful and professional in understanding the home mechanics and the issues identified. He is very methodical in his approach and identified issues that only a master home inspector would identify. David loves his job and the clients he meets. It's very refreshing to meet people and business owners who are in your best interest and helpful with all your questions. Even after the report he provided which was very thorough and detailed he called the next day to see how things were with the process. When making a huge investment in a home, you need a person like David who you can trust on your side and is extremely reliable to help you through the final stages of the closing the home. We hired Dave from Buyer's Choice to perform a house inspection for us, we could not have been happier! Dave was on time (actually early) for the inspection. Dave was professional, very knowledgable, extremely thorough and he went above and beyond the inspection requirements.Dave provided us tips and recommended maintenance advice. The final report was very detailed and included both photos of everything inspected as well as a written report itemizing everything Dave mentioned to us during the inspection.We highly recommend Buyer's Choice Home Inspections.

David is incredibly professional, experienced and caring. I felt confident in his skills to assess and inspect my home. He has an incredible a wealth of knowledge and this expertise can clearly be seen in the inspection. I felt incredibly comfortable with the purchase of my new home after his inspection. I felt I knew every detail of the home and what steps I would need to take in the future to maintain it. Any person who utilizes David will have an incredibly dedicated gentleman who is honest and thorough. I booked David for inspecting my new house, he was very responsive and patient over the phone to explain the process thoroughly for me and answered all my questions. On the inspection day, he's there before our appointment, spent the time inspecting and explaining both external and internal. He goes the extra mile and professionally checking all major (and even minor) details. He has the knowledge and advanced tools to do his job and gives valuable advice. I've seen home inspections before but nothing compare to David's service level. Some bells and whistles include warranty, appliance call back check and recommendations for handyman and other service providers. Very friendly and accommodating guy who gives you the feeling that I'm really happy that I've chosen him and money is well spent. The report I received is very comprehensive with lots of pictures and relevant comments. I would highly recommend him without hesitation for any home inspection if you need your home professionally inspected while service is reasonably priced. Thanks a lot David, all the best.

David Comrie is an experienced inspector who is taking the time to look at everything in the house he inspected. His report with the repair recommendation is really helpful to consolidate all the issues. I like the warranty program he offers for future issues. The future support and consolation is a great benefit to the home owner.

We recently had Dave do a pre-sale inspection of our house, and we can't recommend him enough. Dave was very thorough and spent time explaining different things to us, he even recommended some quick fixes that we could do on our own. Once we received the completed report we had a few follow-up questions that we emailed Dave and both time instead of just responding to our email he called us instead.You wont be disappointed if you choose Dave for your next inspection.

Working with David Comrie was a pleasure. He was very informative. As a professional, I strive to provide clients with the absolute best customer service, and therefore, by association hold my referral partners to the same standards. I absolutely never hesitate or think twice when passing along Dave's name to clients. He is ALWAYS early, quick to respond to clients (as long as it's not during one of his inspections, where his phone is silenced to provide uncompromised attention), and provides A+ service while explaining the ins and outs of a home. My clients consistently comment on how thorough of an inspection Dave provides, and furthermore leaves them with a great understanding of their new home, and how it operates. I can't recommend Dave's services any more highly, although I selfishly hope not too many other agents catch-on, or it'll make booking him more challenging. Thanks for everything!

I don't normally do Google reviews but the customer service that Dave provided was incredible. He is detail oriented and thorough - which is exactly what you want from a home inspector. His report was similarly thorough and detailed. His background in engineering and experience in home inspection shows in the final product. If I need to have a home inspected again I will definitely use him and I'll definitely refer him to my friends.

When I needed a home inspection for a buyer client on very short notice, David came to the rescue!
