A VERY SUPERIOR inspection compared to others I have had and ones that have been done on my home. Coming from Halifax with different climate and geography and building codes I needed a home inspector. I took a chance with Tim and was pleasantly surprised. He was thorough and didn’t try to “scare the buyer” like many inspectors do. He was “just the facts” he made good recommendations and hit all the items on my list of things to look at. I was happy I spent the money.

Tim is the great guy to work with for home inspection. I bought my house in two month ago he did initial inspection for us and gave me extended pages of inspection report about the house. He even dropped by twice after I moved in when I had questions and concern about the house for further inspection and gave me an advice.

We recently had two house inspections done by Tim Kelly. One inspection done on the house we purchased and one “pre-sale” inspection on our house to sell. Both inspections were thorough with no stone left unturned. Post inspection walk throughs were also thorough and educational. Tim pointed out all areas of concern and offered suggestions as to the best way to “fix” the issues. Tim also encouraged me to contact him with questions and concerns that may develop. I just recently had a Home Inspection done by Tim Kelly from Buyers Choice and I have to say I was very positive surprised by the level of professionalism. Also I want to point out that he actually not just gave me a 45 page detailed report but he actually took the time to give me very simple tips how to improve my home which I found very helpful.
