This was our first experience with a home inspection but Darren did an exceptional job. Our realtor was quite impressed with the level of attention and detail that was provided during the inspection and within the report. We would absolutely be looking to A Buyer’s Choice should the need arise or a referral is requested.

Darren recently completed a property inspection for our prospective new home. We contacted Darren at short notice due to the conditions in our purchase agreement, and he offered to complete the inspection on our preferred day and time. Darren was very responsive and polite to all communications from us first time home buyers, and arrived to the appointment early and prepared. Darren spent almost 2 hours with us as we tried to identify and resolve some issues, and did so without complaint, despite this being a weekend appointment. Overall Darren was extremely professional and willing to share his knowledge with us. I am glad we found Darren, and will look to use him for any future property inspections going forward. Our realtor also noted how thorough and professional Darren was, and said how she would use him going forward. Thanks Darren!

Darren was very thorough from one end of the house to the other. He provided insight on potential problems and tested everything to make sure it worked. Professional and well worth the cost. I highly recommend using ABuyers Choice before your next purchase.

Darren came in to do our inspection, and are we ever glad it was him. He was dedicated to checking every nook and cranny. He brought everything that needed immediate attention to light, gave us very insightful tips and tricks to minimize damages in the future and most of all, treated us with respect. The service he provided was beyond professional and I would recommend him to everyone who needs an inspection done. I left me soon to be new house with pride and confidence.Thank you Darren!

Darren was excellent to work with! He fit us in when we were in a time crunch and really came through for us. Very thorough in his inspection and insightful as to how we can make our home a safer place. Would absolutely work with him again in the future, and 100% recommend him for anyone looking for an inspection.
