Collin was extremely professional, responsive to questions, and thorough! We got a 93 page inspection report with pictures, full explanations, and things to address first. Onsite, he and his partner told us about the most pressing issues in our new place so that we could make an immediate decision on the purchase. Very happy with their service!

Colin showed up _with an associate_ - for about the same price I paid for one guy at a different company on a prior inspection. They had ladders and were up on the roof. They gave me a verbal run-down of all the issues - minor and major - and were able to answer any questions and provide suggestions. When I had questions afterwards I got replies to my text messages right away. When I had uncertainty while booking, they were *super* flexible accommodating and understanding. From an MLS listing alone Colin had questions about whether a WETT inspection was required (because fireplace) and how I should inquire with my insurance company... something I didn't even know about!?! Report was actually very readable, full of pictures & documentation, very actionable, detailed. I was there during the inspection and I'd seen the house and I was learning new things because of the report - READ THE REPORT!! I don't have a need to but I'm positive if I sent them a message right now they'd be responsive and helpful. Oh and I found these guys because Colin got shout-outs in a number of reddit threads regarding who's a good inspector in Edmonton, some of them a few years old, so I can infer he's been around and has consistently delivered. Recommended.

We had an acreage home inspection; Carson and his team were very thorough from top to bottom for which we were very grateful for. The Inspection report was everything we needed and more, to help us identify exactly what we were getting into. Awesome service, easy to communicate with and always available with my billions of questions before the inspection even began. Buying an acreage (especially if you have never purchased one before) can be a very scary experience. Carson made it easy. He even had exceptional contractors for other areas that weren't covered by Home inspections that did not disappoint. HIGHLY recommend.

Efficient, thorough, and personable. Colin and Sheldon were professional and pleasantly social at the same time. They covered the house efficiently, and got the detailed report (93 pages) to me within 24 hours. The report is easy to understand, colour coded based on severity of issues, and background information to understand why or how something is a risk (or potential risk) was also provided in the context of the report.As my inspection was in winter and the roof was caked with snow, they also followed up by saying that they can come back in spring (at no extra cost) to inspect the roof and shingles from the outside.Overall, I am very happy with their service, and not only would choose them again in the future, but I would also strongly recommend them to those I know. An easy 5/5.
