If you’re looking to have a home inspection done, you can’t go wrong with Wayne and Brent. They are super easy to deal with, very friendly, and extremely thorough with their inspection. Any and all questions were answered, and everything we needed to know about the property we were looking at was explained, and easy to understand. The report that we were given was highly detailed, and contained all the information and photos documenting any and all concerns with the property.We have no hesitations in highly recommending Wayne and Brent if you’re in the market to have an inspection done.Barry & Prency

Brent was great to work with for a home inspection. Him and his partner showed up on time and completed a very thorough inspection. After they were done they gave us a detailed walkthrough highlighting everything they found and gave us some repair tips and rough costs. They were also very friendly and easy to get along with. The report was provided same day and was clear and easy to read. I would use Brent for a home inspection again.

Very professional inspection and report. They were able to schedule the inspection at short notice and provided a detailed report the next day. I had a follow up call with Wayne and Brent regarding the report, and they took the time to patiently explain the findings wherever I needed clarification. Will definitely recommend them to others.

Wayne was great to work with and they were able to squeeze us in quickly for a snowy, Saturday morning. If you’re looking for a home inspection company that goes above and beyond, I highly recommend A Buyer’s Choice Home Inspections, I can’t say enough nice things about this company, very professional and extremely thorough and their team is very knowledgeable. Excellent service provided including drone assessment, thermal imaging, moisture sensors and more! They showed up early and did a very thorough job before giving us a walk through and an explanation of what their findings meant. Their final report was very detailed. I would definitely use them again.

Wayne and Brent surpassed all expectations that I had for my home inspection! I bought a brand new home so did not expect them to go so in depth with their inspection process....but they treated it like any other home, regardless of the age. They took their time explaining the mechanics of the home to me and showed me what type of maintenance things to expect to look after and things to watch for in the future. They were friendly, thorough, extremely well educated and experienced. I would recommend these inspectors to anyone buying any property...whether it be a single family home, condo, new or old! I have a great deal of experience with home inspectors and these two are getting my personal 5 star rating! Thank you Wayne and Brent! (Their admin team is also extremely detailed, organized and friendly!) 5 stars all day long!

My partner and I had a great experience with A Buyer's Choice Home Inspections! Wayne and Brent were both very efficient and thorough in their inspection, and I really appreciated their attention to detail in both the report and the onsite overview after they had completed their inspection (they even wrote recommendations and information in their report to help us in the future!). I also had subsequent follow up questions which were answered quickly. As a first time buyer I couldn't have chosen a better Inspector, as I had many questions.Further, their Operations Manager, Janet, is absolutely fantastic! She is quick to respond and is very helpful in setting everything up.I honestly cannot recommend Wayne and Brent enough.Thank you for your help!

Wayne did pre-purchase inspection on our condo in December 2021. He was knowledgeable and thorough! He brought many things to our attention while on premises which gave us opportunity to ask follow up questions and have good understanding of items marked in the final report. We will definitely use his services in the future and recommend him to anyone purchasing a property!

Arrangements made on short notice. Very accommodating in meeting a short turn around for an inspection. Arrived on time, were well organized and methodical in completing inspection. They brought the right tools to the task. Were very accommodating and clear in answering questions posed during inspection. Inspection report's use of pictures taken within the house and by a drone were well integrated into easily comprehensible report for lay people. Heavy snowfall impeded roof inspections, yet their use of attic access and a drone largely enabled them to inspect the usual most suspect areas. It was money and time well spent!

Not only did they treat me with respect going through everything explaining it all in detail, they are also providing after inspection report for setting up utilities and an alarm system. They were both great, very good at their jobs and the drone was pretty cool to see flying over the roof. I have used other inspection companies before and these guys take it to the next level even testing the radon levels in the basement. Having two guys inspect the same house insures nothing is missed. We made an offer and had to order a last minute inspection on a long weekend and Wayne accommodated the very next day on a Sunday. He was thorough and explained everything to us in layman terms. These guys are awesome! Money well spent. Thorough report and I learned so much about my new home about electrical, my furnace and what to do in an emergency. The only heads up I'll give is on timelines. I was told I would get the report same day and that didnt happen; however, they were very quick to resolve the issue and I received it the next day, even on a long weekend! I would highly recommend this company for all your inspection needs:)
