Dealt directly with Chris, did an in depth inspection for us as we were out of town due to covid rules and traveling chaos. Massive report outlining just about everything. Its like we were walking around with him in the unit. Videos as well, plus his extensive knowledge what needs to be repaired etc was an added bonus. Thanks again Chris.

Chris was very flexible with his schedule, and was there at the agreed time. Chris was very thorough while going through our home and was very helpful pointing out the pro's and con's. He gave me advise with minor repairs and ways to improve the efficiency .I was pleased with the pricing, and the overall experience.Highly recommended !!

Chis Melanson performed our home inspection in January of 2019. He is a electrician by trade and proved very knowledgeable in that regard. His inspection was thorough and he presented his report in a timely manner. He was a pleasure to deal with on a personal level and would recommend him for any home inspection in the Saint John/Quispamsis area.

Chris was great. Kept it simple but detailed so we understood everything. Was very pleasant to deal with and was able to help us out with a very quick turn around on inspection and water tests.
