I have used Rich's Home Inspection service over the past year. Rich is knowledgeable about all phrases of the home inspection process, very professional and timely in getting reports back to the Buyer and Buyer's Realtor. I would certainly highly recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection. 'He's The Best'!Rich knows the Sun City Center and Kings Point homes/condos. He is timely, professional and a good communicator with buyer and/or seller as the need arises. 5 Star rating....without a doubt!!

Rich is a great home inspector to work with! He is very thorough and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The reports are easy to read and also a great tool for Realtors to utilize for negotiations. Very knowledgeable inspector - you won't be disappointed.

Rich is very professional, friendly, timely and helpful. During the inspection, he was attentive to detail and thoroughly answered all my questions. He offered advice on different systems, showed me how to operate different systems in my new home and was even available to answer my questions days after the inspection. So happy with the service provided by A buyer’s choice home inspection. They provided a wind mitigation for a new roof we had installed. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly, they sent email confirmations and reminders of the appointment time, and we got our full report the same day the inspection was completed. Thank you!!

A Buyer's Choice was the right choice! I had very limited availability to get an inspection completed at the house I had under contract and Rich was able to find a way to fit me into his schedule. During the inspection, he took his time to make sure that the inspection was thorough, fair, and provided great explanations to the findings of the inspection. I have used Rich several times for personal home inspections and I've moved 3 times in the last 4 years. He is a very thorough and honest home inspector and takes time to really explain anything that us normal people don't understand about homes, maintenance and what the concerns are. Rich was very professional in providing a wind mitigation report for me so I could qualify for a discount on my insurance. He promptly called back and was able to schedule his visit the next day. He answered all my questions about our roof and was efficient with his inspection, providing his finalized report the same day.He was competitively priced. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a wind mitigation.
