Meet Steve Carmichael! A master roofer with a deep interest in all aspects of the building industry. As he continued his career in the trades and honed his skills, he realized that his strengths and knowledge could greatly benefit the home inspection community. He has a particular passion for the ever-changing landscape of new design-build projects and the innovations that accompany them.
Steve and his daughters love living on Vancouver Island and can’t imagine being anywhere else. Doing a job he enjoys in a place he loves makes it feel more like play than work. When he’s not inspecting homes, Steve can often be found flying down Mt. Washington on a snowboard or playing hockey at one of the rinks in Nanaimo.
Steve will be serving the Central Vancouver Island area including Nanaimo, Ladysmith, Parksville, Qualicum Beach, Duncan, Port Alberni, Tofino and Lake Cowichan.
