My husband and I just purchased our first home and naturally had to have a home inspection. Our agent told us he has a guy and not to worry about finding someone. I’ve never been through this and didn’t really know what to expect but was told to not ask too many questions and not to follow around as they are there to do a job. Darin was absolutely incredible! You can tell when someone truly knows houses inside and out (no pun intended). He arrived to the property ahead of time, and spent 2 hours doing a thorough inspection. He provided a 56 page report that same night, decked out with photos and colour coded explanations of concerning items vs general tips. He even let us know if any appliances in the home had been recalled. Would 100% recommend! We’re so fortunate to have stumbled upon his services.
