Saw good reviews on google and got my home inspection done from them in January paid them $575 which was too high as others were charging quite less i went with the reviews and i guess they are all fake reviews.Just 2 months into the house my furnace is marked to be replaced rolland told it was in great shapeThere is water and moisture in garage floor and mold in the house which he couldnt identify and never mentioned .I was told that bathroom exhaust motor is weak when I moved in the house there was no exhaust at all inside.I am totally not satisfied with the services and wont suggest new home buyers go over the reviews.As a first time home buyer i had no idea and relied on his report but totally I am at a loss on trusting them and theor report
