I contacted Ron Lyons regarding a home inspection on a Monday and he completed the very detailed inspection on Wednesday morning. He is friendly and extremely approachable. He answered all our questions and made some very useful suggestions about correcting problems observed in the inspection. His inspection took 3 hours and he then spent one and a half hours on a final walk through pointing out the major issues with the house. The report is equally as detailed with photos included to point out specific problems. I would certainly recommend his services.
