We were pleased with the professionalism, focus on detail, knowledge, and efficiently Jorden provided. He called us immediately after we booked online to double-check to make sure the time slot was appropriate for us. On site, he spent a full four hours inspecting the home and then walked us through his observations with an on-site visit. Further, we had the report (complete with digital photos) in our inbox less than four hours after he completed the home inspection. He also provided technical on-site advice on whether walls appeared to be load-bearing or not — if you are looking for a tried-and-true method of pre-purchase home inspection, Jorden is someone we would highly recommend and will use his services in the future.
