Our experience with Alicia Cooper, Certified Professional Inspector, and A Buyer’s Choice Home Inspections Nova Scotia West was more than satisfactory. They responded immediately to our last-minute decision to have a home inspection in the Windsor, NS area, visiting the property the next morning and providing a detailed report the next day (despite a very minor delay due to a technical-computer issue). The report itself was excellent, well organized, with a succinct summary up front and additional details throughout, supplemented with photographic evidence. Very thorough inspection. Most don’t even go in the attic they just look from the stairs. But this inspector actually walked up there and inspected everything. Any deficiency was clearly pointed out in a respectful manner. Would use again and recommend.
