Ryan responded to my buyer clients quickly to set up the appointment. The inspection is done efficiently without rushing. The buyer was not present but was able to text Ryan or myself to have specific concerns checked.The report to the buyer and myself was completed quickly and was easy to follow. The buyer was able to call Ryan once the report was provided and was able to address any concerns as to the severity. This was about a 3 hour drive for Ryan but he was willing to accommodate my buyer clients in a timely manner which is very important to all involved.

Our experience with Alicia Cooper, Certified Professional Inspector, and A Buyer's Choice Home Inspections Nova Scotia West was more than satisfactory. They responded immediately to our last-minute decision to have a home inspection in the Windsor, NS area, visiting the property the next morning and providing a detailed report the next day (despite a very minor delay due to a technical-computer issue). We hired Alicia to inspect a home for us. She was punctual, professional and very thorough (she even physically inspected the attic which we've been told is uncommon!). Very thorough inspection. Most don't even go in the attic they just look from the stairs. But this inspector actually walked up there and inspected everything. Any deficiency was clearly pointed out in a respectful manner. Would use again and recommend.
