It was a very old house in great disrepair, and Chip examined the house very carefully and made me aware of all the flaws and problems with the house. I just purchased my first home and as most people know, it can be very stressful. Especially the inspection aspect of it. There is no such thing as cutting corners with this inspector. He is very thorough, and treats it as if he is the one purchasing the home. Thermal images, drone footage of your roof, and making sure everything is operational and safe, what more could you ask for.

We met Nathan for our home inspection as first time home buyers. He was so professional, friendly, and informative, and obviously good at what he does. Always made sure we understood or if we had any follow up questions, and even provided local recommendations and tips as we are new to the area. His report was thorough and arrived the same day.
