This is the second time I've used this service and specifically had Andy out to assist with a condo inspection. Arrived early, not late. We went through the condo with me and despite tenant distractions and furniture causing some issues he executed his job perfectly. Asking him questions during the inspection was also a great plus, so that we could truly understand the inspection process, even before we received our report. After the inspection we received our detailed report with images and explinations of the deficient items, right on time. They used a drone to inspect the roof, and other technology to make the inspection as detailed as possible. This past Saturday Andy did a home inspection for us. He was a very pleasant person to deal with. His attention to detail was impressive. He spent well over 4 hours going through the home from top to bottom. Early into the inspection he found an issue that would cause me to back out of the deal or to reconsider the purchase price and he gave me an option to continue the inspect or end it then. I asked Andy to continued to investigate finding a lot more issues, none of them really noticed when the home was shown to us. When he was unsure of a few issues he reached out to other professionals sharing pictures and asking questions so the he could pass on information to us.Andy was very helpful and answered all our questions and concerns. I believe he had my interest at heart and helped me make a wonderful decision that saved me thousands of dollars. I will definably call him for the next home inspection.

Coordinating the inspection date and time so that the owner, inspector, my son and myself, could all be present, and the tenant not present, all from five different cities and towns, did take some time in this busy world. Andy was patient and accommodating until we finally got it right. Then, at the last moment, when unforeseen changes at home for Andy, threatened to cancel everything, he still made it work. The actual inspection was thorough and very efficient and provided peace of mind about my house purchase.
