Inspector and company came as a referral. I called for some general information and was helped immediately by the inspector himself. Time passed, I was outbid on a house. God opened a door on another one and just three weeks after our initial call I found myself in my option period and in need of an inspector. Matt scheduled for the following day, was early, stayed to show me what he found, answered all my questions and made my first inspector-experience a real blessing. The report was detailed with tons of pictures and received quickly. When I was having difficulty printing my report days later, he was kind to let me intrude on his day, going above and beyond to help troubleshoot and issued a second report that worked with my printer. The next day he was performing our “new to us” home inspection before we decide to buy it.He completely covered all areas and was thorough. He found an electrical issue (not a major concern, but something to fix at some point) in the breaker box. I sent the pictures to my son, who is an electrician, and he agreed with his recommendations.Matt is respectful of the property and answers all questions!
