Even though there was a brutal cold snap happening making the outside temperatures below -20C they still did a very thorough exterior inspection before coming inside. They were available for questions throughout the whole process and took time to answer each and every one with helpful advice. The inspection only took 1.5 hours but they had managed to provide a massive amount of information and pictures that they went over with us as soon as they were done. Jules and Cam are one amazing duo. They are very professional and patient especially with people like me who ask all sorts of questions (they will walk you through the inspection report meticulously) . We engaged Jules and Cam to inspect a two-storey house which was built in the 70s. The duo conducted the inspection thoroughly and with such grace moving around the house that it almost seemed like an easy task - until we received an extremely comprehensive report within 12 hours that we realized how meticulous they were. We were briefed on the status of the house immediately after the inspection, with the report in great details sent to us later in the same day.
