I must tell that this team of inspectors is very proficient, quick and highly efficient. Being two of them inspecting it saves a lot of time. And, the price is as normal as other inspectors charge. I would say that even $25-50 more is worth.

Disregard my picture and name, its for privacy. Feb 25th 2025 we had an inspection done which took approximately 2.5hrs as they sent two inspectors. The inspectors showed me all the areas of concern while I was there and sent a report that very day as they had no afternoon inspection.The inspection was thorough and we feel very confident in they’re assessment. If we ever require another inspection we will be 100% contacting Buyer’s Choice.

We had A Buyers Choice Home Inspections do our recent home inspection. They were very thorough and went through everything with us. There was one issue that wasn’t visable at the time of the inspection so they told us what to ask sellers for and then send them pictures the next day and they will advise re anymore issues, we were able to text them the pictures the next day and thankfully there were no concerns! Craig and Cam did our home inspection and we couldn’t be happier with how it went. Even though there was a brutal cold snap happening making the outside temperatures below -20C they still did a very thorough exterior inspection before coming inside. They were available for questions throughout the whole process and took time to answer each and every one with helpful advice. A lot of what they showed us was with regards to basic home upkeeping and maintenace (that we now are much more aware of!).
