A Buyer’s Choice was recommended to us by our realtor for the purchase of a home. They were punctual, polite and thorough. They discussed in detail how to maintain an AC unit (we’ve never had central air before). Once the inspection was complete, they took the time to discuss any concerns that they found in the house. The report was made available within a few hours of the inspection being complete. It was very detailed, including photos.

Collin did a house inspection for us. He was referred to us by one of our family friends. From the very first time we contacted him, he is very professional and accomodating.We wanted to do the inspection on a weekend, he immidiately managed it. He gave a us a time frame and he finished the inspection on time. When we arrived on site on the inspection day, he was waiting for us to show his findings. Man o man…… he was thorough in his inspection. He did what he said. One example I must give here. The electrical panel box had 2 screws that had pointy end. He took out those for safety hazard and listed that in the report. The entrie report was very professionally created and presented. If we do any more inspection, I am going to get Collin to do the inspection for us.All the best Collin.

They explained what they could and couldn’t assess in the house. Immediately after the inspection, they told me verbally any issues that should be addressed followed by a detailed written report which was sent within hours. The issues were accompanied with pictures which were thankfully not major deal breakers. I really appreciated the check list they included in the report outlining any issues and what items to check on a regular basis in the house along with helpful links detailing things I may not know how to do or check. This will definitely go up on a bulletin board. Good job on short notice. I did feel it was a bit rushed even though 2 of them came but they gave a fairly detailed and helpful report.
