Sheldon was fantastic. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, very competent and thorough. I received my report in a timely manner and was encouraged to get in touch with him regarding any questions I might have. The report itself was very detailed, and included lots of general information and tips as well. I received some good informational emails after the inspection from Buyer’s Choice as well.Six months after Sheldon’s inspection, I contacted him regarding a structural issue with my deck. I was hoping he could provide me with some suggestions regarding what I could do to fix it that would not be too costly. He offered to come and take a look, which was very kind of him and more than I had expected he would do. When he came to look at it, much to my surprise, he offered to repair it for me, free of charge. When he did so, once again, Sheldon was very reliable, competent, friendly, and professional. He would take nothing more than the cost of the materials needed to repair it. If I could give Sheldon more than a 5 star rating, I would!
