We were very impressed with our home inspection performed by Donny. Very thorough as an inspector should be, but he was so fantastic at breaking recommendations down and explaining issues. Because of his inspection, we have confidence in knowing the house we are buying is safe per his scope of inspection and aware of what needs to be maintained, improved, repaired and replaced based of his suggestions. His report has been referred to many times already (not even a week since his inspection) and is easy to understand. The photos are great quality digitally and printed with a basic printer on a normal setting and paper. Each photo has a corresponding explanation with his recommendations. Donny was also able to perform the inspection quickly (only 1 business day in between asking to schedule and him performing inspection). The report was then emailed and received less than 3 hours after inspection and walkthrough were completed. I would highly recommend Donny. No better choice than A Buyers Choice Home Inspection Lethbridge!!

Donny did the property report for us and was amazing. During the walk through he was very thorough; gave advice on basic maintenance that should be done soon and let us know what should be fixed or updated right away. There was a lot of information given during the walk through but I was extremely happy when I got the report and it was so easy to read. He colour coded the text, so green text meant that part of the house was fine. Blue text meant we needed to pay attention to and possibly require a fix or upgrade in the future and the red text meant those parts of the house, he was recommending that they needed immediate attention. There were no inconsistencies between the walk through and the report and Donny was very professional and credible. I highly recommend his services.

Not only did he confirm the house was in good shape, but he made comments on smaller things that would be good to fix after we take possession of the house. We went through the house frim top to bottom, outside front to back. He explained everything. Jeff Davis, was fabulous! He called me back within 30 mins, on a Sunday, showed up when he said he would and took his time explaining everything to us. He explained what pictures we would see on his report, and why he took the pictures. He was very thorough. I’d hire him again in a minute. He’s friendly, communicates well, clear and concise. If you don’t understand something, he will make sure you do by the time you leave. He even noticed that there was a small screw missing in the top corner of our electrical panel! He took tons of photos showing everything and edited the photos so you knew exactly where and what he was pointing out. Because there was snow the day he did our inspection he said he’d come back again to look at a few things he couldn’t see because of the snow.I highly recommend Jeff for your house inspection, you won’t regret it.

5 stars. I received a 50 page detailed report full of coloured photographs and recommendations for deficiencies the same day. I’ve heard horror stories of paying an under qualified technician $500 to breeze through the place and miss things.
