The process of purchasing a home is a lot of things and dealing with a lot of people. We researched many home inspectors and companies to be sure we would feel secure and protected with the individual. Bill was above and beyond helpful throughout the whole process. He contacted us less than 24 hours after we made an inquiry, on a Saturday and made sure he understood everything we had going on. After hearing that we are making a long distance move and had not actually seen the home we purchased, he went even further to explain some of the differences in Florida. He made suggestions about additional things we may want to look at that Florida homeowners need to know and didn’t just stop at giving us info. He called around and got us quotes from various other companies, set up the times for them to be on site and promptly communicated all of the details. He was very conscious of the expenses as well and even found a promotion for the plumber we were using, printed it and had it available at the time of service, 50% off! It lined up where I was able to fly in and be there for the inspection and spent 5 hours with Bill. I was so thankful that he took the time to explain what he was seeing to me, included me in the inspection and made me feel confident in what needed to be addressed. He even had some impressive interior design ideas for one of the rooms! Bill is the inspector you want and you can feel 100% confident he has your best interest at heart.
