Erich nailed the whole thing! From explaining what was found to providing a great quality (and easy to follow) report! he uses lots of the “tools of the trade” from thermal imaging to moisture detectors, it’s something small but really ensures everything is thoroughly reviewed.I was working with him and a set of first time home buyers, we all had plenty of questions about the house. He was patient and willing to answer our questions on the spot! He managed everyone’s expectations well and provided enough detail so our minds were at ease without overwhelming us!

There will only be one choice when we buy our next home in the Okanagan, and that will be Erich.We did our deal on a Tuesday night at 10pm and Erich came out to Kamloops at 9am the next morning.Even tho it was only a 4 year old home he was extremely thorough. There is no way anything gets by him. After he was done he walked us threw the whole property making sure we knew how everything worked and things that we needed to keep an eye on. The service does not end there. Erich told us at anytime we had a question or a concern to give him a call. I mean, who can give you that kind of service? ERICH CAN !We left there feeling like we made a new friend. He worked with us to find a good time for the home inspection and followed up to confirm that the date and time still worked for us the day before.
