Had the pleasure of having Darren do my home inspection.I honestly at first was expecting maybe 1 hr or 2 hrs MAX of checks but Darren spent a good amount of time (more than 3hrs) checking everything and more. We contacted Darren at short notice due to the conditions in our purchase agreement, and he offered to complete the inspection on our preferred day and time.
