He did a thorough analysis of the house, highlighting green areas, yellow areas, and red areas of concern. Fortunately, the place was in in very good shape, and will require minimal investment to bring it all up to current standards.He was fast but thorough, and within a day had provided us a complete online brochure with all his findings. Heather walked around my home and was able to call out an issue with my roof/skylights before I had a problem. We had multiple roof companies, contractors, and Handy persons coming through, but she was the only one that noticed it. Had the pleasure of having Darren do my home inspection.I honestly at first was expecting maybe 1 hr or 2 hrs MAX of checks but Darren spent a good amount of time (more than 3hrs) checking everything and more.
