Super nice guy. Unfortunately overlooked a minor water leak and had to bring it to his attention during the inspection. I also noticed after the fact that the support under the deck is a bit rotted. Nonetheless, can’t get a house without an inspection, and he was pleasant to work with. The downsides were only minor. I’d still recommend.
