When he found something that was not in his expert area, he even took his time to follow up for us after the inspection and told us what he had found.We didn't know who to go to and our realtor referred him to us. Dan was extremely thorough in his inspection of our newly purchased townhome. Ours was a little unorthodox, as we had already purchased the home and were doing our due diligence by having it professionally inspected after the fact. He was totally comfortable with this, as well as my being present in the home for much of his inspection. He walked me through things verbally as he went, and seemed rather passionate and very knowledgeable in his field. He was transparent about things that were outside of his scope, and didn't speak out of turn. His price seems reasonable for what has been delivered, which is a thorough review of the state of our home in the form of a written document with pictures. Would recommend him to anyone and everyone in need of services within his purview.

I have known Dan for few years through Scouts Canada program, both of us volunteer at 1st Glenayre Scouts in the city of Port Moody.
