Right off the bat he was on time (which was very appreciated with our two little kids in tow), and gave us a general overview of his findings, before walking us through the property item by item. He was able to explain things in terms that I could understand, and gave us an idea of which items were more urgent/need to be fixed and which items were more of a down-the-road to-do list repair. He was extremely thorough, and took the time to answer our questions without making us feel rushed at all. I can’t say enough good things about Kenny. As a first time home buyer, we found it reassuring that he took the time to walk us through the house, explaining the details of his report and even suggesting some maintenance tips. He was personable, thorough, and organized.And, while this shouldn’t merit comment in this day and age, it was (sadly) refreshing that he didn’t talk down to me, make heteronormative comments / assumptions, or only address my husband – all things I have come to expect and usually need to brace myself for.
