Chad was prompt, professional and thorough in his inspection. He provided thoughtful suggestions in regards to improving overall safety as well as an honest projection on the life of many elements of the home. I felt informed and assured that there is support going forward if needed. I would highly recommend any home buyer to book their inspection with this company.

Chad was referred to by myself by many of my colleagues at Remax Grande Prairie. The clients I was working with were quite skeptical about hiring a Home Inspector and whether it would be a waste of money. With them purchasing an older home I really wanted them to have peace of mind that they were paying a fair price for the home and were fully aware of any potential issues that may not be so visible from us just touring the home. Chad was just so pleasant and extremely professional; taking the time to explain every component of the house to myself and my client. After the inspection, my client was absolutely thrilled with the extent of the detailed report that Chad provided to us and felt that the inspection was worth every penny he paid. From the inspection at the property, Chad noted that there was an insulation issue in a section of the home and with this information we were able to rectify the issue prior to moving in!This was my first time that I had the honour of working with Chad and I will most definitely recommend his services to future clients and my colleagues.

We are buying a “character home” and Chad had the patience (and the eye) to spot all the little unique foibles that an older home has inevitably accumulated. Chad took his time with the property and with us, remaining in contact even after the inspection, giving helpful advice and pointing us in the right direction when we had questions, and most importantly helping us to feel confident and informed about the largest purchase of our lives.

We had Chad do a home inspection for us on a new house we were purchasing. My husband was unable to make it on home inspection day, so it was just me. Chad was professional, took the time to explain stuff to me and ultimately just made things easy for me to understand. Chad was very through on our inspection and I would highly recommend.
