Was able to secure an appointment quickly and when needed. The booked appointment time is for them to do the inspection and they contact you ahead of time to let you know when to meet them there to go over it. ( approximately 2hrs after the start time ) I arrived at the prescribed time and Mario was all done and ready for me and my realtor. The walk through was really good and he made sure that any issues ( all minor in my case ) were clearly identified and explained to me. The full pdf report was emailed to me that same evening.Great service and would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a home with a clear conscience!

Louis was personable, communicative, professional and thorough. He performed our home inspection, provided a very detailed analysis of his findings (which ultimately saved us money on the deal – bonus!) and spent a great deal of time explaining everything, as well as being available for any questions that arose after the initial review session. Jason was amazing to work with – being very quick to respond to our questions. We worked with him twice during our search for a new property and he was very helpful explaining all the findings and provided recommendations on how to improve the homes. The first property we made an offer looked lovely during the house viewing and was fully renovated but it wasn’t until we completed the inspection where we discovered the attic was full of mould and potentially damaged wood beams. If we didn’t complete an inspection with Jason before removing subjects it would likely have costed us significantly to repair all the damage in both the attic and behind the walls. Thankfully we were able to walk away and find a second home instead. The second home was poorly renovated so we were able to share his inspection findings with the seller and negotiated multiple repairs to be completed before closing at no additional cost.Definitely recommend Jason and will work with him again in the future.

He looked beyond the cosmetic appearances that buyers typically see and saved me from a very costly and bad investment!! This home in particular was in a very neglected state of repair but looked amazing with all of new flooring and trim. These guys are great!I have ordered a house inspection for my mortgage from them.Everything was done on time and in very professional way.
