Mark inspected an acreage for me and my family recently. Regrettably I was not able to attend the inspection, however my partner and kids were able to. From what I gathered, Mark was very thorough and took his time during the inspection to ensure no stone was left unturned. This is the second time we chose Keith to perform an inspection for us, the first time for our own home and the most recent for a property we were purchasing to rent out. He is incredibly thorough and takes the time to explain everything verbally when he is done his inspection. Within 24 hours we were sent the report which is approximately 50 pages long and has many photos attached so you can see what he is referencing. Nice thing is you don’t really HAVE to read all 50 pages because right on page one is a highlight of the areas that need follow-up/repairs.
