From what I gathered, Mark was very thorough and took his time during the inspection to ensure no stone was left unturned. This is the second time we chose Keith to perform an inspection for us, the first time for our own home and the most recent for a property we were purchasing to rent out. He is incredibly thorough and takes the time to explain everything verbally when he is done his inspection. Within 24 hours we were sent the report which is approximately 50 pages long and has many photos attached so you can see what he is referencing. Nice thing is you don’t really HAVE to read all 50 pages because right on page one is a highlight of the areas that need follow-up/repairs. I highly recommend Keith if you want someone to take the time to get the job done right. I feel 100% confident removing the condition “subject to home inspection” when he’s done the job.

Keith was incredible to deal with! He was timely and professional on responding to emails. He gave me a very detailed run down of the inspection and I could tell was very thorough with the inspection. With me being a first time home buyer it’s always nerve racking but he provided me with several tips on continuous maintenance of the home, I didn’t even have to ask! He was also extremely personable! I would use Keith any day for inspection! 5 stars!!

Mark completed a residential home inspection on short notice in a very professional, thorough manner. He was very patient and personable in answering all of our questions in a non-technical manner. The inspection report was also very thorough and detailed with many pictures attached to the report. Just had our home inspection done Mark was very thorough , He walked me through the entire house and showed me all the concerns / things we would need to do. Answered all my questions and explained things very well. Report was same day and easy to read through and follow. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Mark was a very professional and thorough inspector.
