He called us immediately after we booked online to double-check to make sure the time slot was appropriate for us. On site, he spent a full four hours inspecting the home and then walked us through his observations with an on-site visit. Jon Levy was recommended to me by someone who was satisfied with his work. I had him inspect an older home I’d made an offer on which had gone through extensive upgrades, so there was quite a bit which needed to be thoroughly checked out. He went over the house from top to bottom and found all kinds of things that most people would have missed. He didn’t just point out flaws and move on, he gave great insight into how imperfections could be fixed and gave timelines on when certain repairs would be needed. I walked away with a high degree of confidence that he’d found all of the flaws and fully explained to me what would be needed to fix them. He was also very good to point out anything that could be a safety concern in the immediate term or what might develop into a safety concern down the road.He wasn’t trying to sway my decision on the home one way or the other. He was just giving me unbiased, fair, impartial insight and information. Based on my experience, I think you’ll find peace of mind and confidence in having Jon take a look at your prospective future home.Also, in the Covid environment I should mention that he was able to do everything electronically including signing documents, invoice, payment, and receiving the final report.
